A little about us...
The intention for the Retreat Centre is to provide a safe and serene sanctuary for women, in which to explore and investigate their inner landscape through mindfulness meditation and to cultivate awareness and self-compassion to support their health and well-being. It is also our wish to expand knowledge of how mindfulness-based approaches may be integrated into our daily living.
