Only after we have received payment which is due within 2 weeks of registration will you be notified of your completed registration through your preferred method of contact. The cut-off for registration is 1 month prior to the offering. Please note that a full refund will be given if you need to cancel up to 2 weeks prior, 50% up to 1 week prior and no refund after 1 week prior to any offering. Please inquire if special financial consideration is needed.
