Offerings

Sessions

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT): These are 8 week consecutive 2 hour sessions in which participants learn about emotional regulation, focusing attention and accessing compassion. To register for these sessions, one is invited to have an interview to assess if this program is right for you. Maintenance sessions are offered on a monthly basis to help participants maintain their practice and are donation based.

Trainings

A new training will start in 2026- time to be announced, in Mindfulness-Based Compassion.

Retreats

You are invited to participate in retreats taking place on site in Haliburton: May Spring Retreat, Summer Solstice Retreat and Autumn Retreat.
